Even with lentils

Since the consumption of lentils is necessary for health, but, on the other hand, the dish with them in this season is not very pleasant, you can cook them as meatballs.

Ingredients:

▪ 2 glasses of water with red lentils
▪ 1.5 glasses of water with thin bulgur
▪ 3-4 dry onions
▪ 1.5 cups of tea with olive oil
▪ 1 tablespoon of tomato-pepper sauce mixture
▪ 5-6 green onions
▪ half a bunch of parsley and dill
▪ 2 small spoons of salt
▪ cumin (type of yellow spice)
▪ red pepper
▪ half a lemon
▪ green salad for decoration


Preparation:

After cleaning the lentils, wash them and boil them in a pot with 3-4 cups of water, until they drink all the water and are well digested.

We then remove them from the fire and add the oatmeal to them. We mix them together.

We put the lid on it and leave it for half an hour for the semolina to swell and cool.

Wash green onions, parsley, dill and after cleaning them, chop them thinly. Fry the dry, finely chopped onion in olive oil until it turns slightly yellow.

Add the sauce and after mixing it several times, add it to the lentil and semolina mixture.

Add salt, lemon, cumin, red pepper and mix this whole mass many times, just like we did with the dough.

At the end, add green onion, parsley, dill and mix the whole mixture well.

We take small pieces of this type of "dough" formed, place them in the palm of our hand and give them the desired shape.

We put them on a plate and decorate them with small green salad leaves and lemon slices.
