Meatballs baked in rice

One more way among hundreds of other ways of preparing meatballs...

Ingredients:

- 600 g of ground meat;
- 3 onion;
- 1 glass of sour cream;
- salt;
- pepper;
– 1 stale bun;
- 0,5 dl of milk;
– parsley;
– 2 cloves of garlic;
- oil;
- 200 g of rice;
– oregano.


Preparation:

Soak the bun in milk.

Add 1 finely chopped onion and garlic cloves, fried in oil, salt, pepper, drained parsley and crumbled bun to the meat.

Mix everything and form meatballs.

Fry 2 onions in oil. Put the fried onions and 200 g of rice in the baking dish.

Fry the mixture, then arrange the meatballs on top of it, pour 2 dcl of water and bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.

Take it out of the oven and shake 2 eggs and the cream, put it on top of the meatballs, put the oregano and put it back in the oven for another 15 minutes to cook.

Serve warm with seasonal salad...
