The Disciplinary Commission of the Ministry of Justice has dismissed the State Attorney IA from the Civil Service

The news was announced on Thursday by the Deputy Minister of Justice, Blerim Sallahu, who said that the State Attorney in question has continuously damaged public institutions by performing unauthorized actions.

"During the exercise of her function, the State Attorney has negotiated a case without the authorization and notification of the responsible persons; has entered into a deal for cases of other state attorneys without notifying neither the attorneys nor the parties; did not make preliminary analyzes for court deals; concluded a deal in the amount of 505.000,00 euros without notifying the State Bar and the Expropriation Department, thus damaging the state budget; has defended in Court, the Kosovo Correctional Service (SKK) in a case, in which the Basic Court has made a decision that produced financial obligations for the SKK, the lawyer in question did not notify the institution at all and the case ended in execution.

He accepted the Decision for a case at the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), for the same he did not notify the Ministry of Internal Affairs and did not file a complaint, creating a financial obligation of about 7 thousand euros to the Ministry of Internal Affairs. He did not report to the leader", Sllahu wrote on Facebook.

He further said that such actions undermine and violate the public interest and are unacceptable.

"I welcome the Commission's decision and I expect that such cases will be a lesson for those who see the public institution of our country as an opportunity for extortion and the creation of illegal benefits for themselves or other parties. Impunity has been the most widespread disease in public institutions due to former rulers. It shouldn't be and it won't be anymore", concluded the deputy minister. /Telegraph/
