The Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy, Cvetan Tripunovski, today signed an agreement for financial support with the director of the PE "National Forests", Zdravko Trajanov, for investments in the purchase of mechanization and equipment in the field of forestry and protection from natural disasters, in a total value of 48 million denars.
"Financial support is provided at the rate of 100% of the value for investments in the purchase of mechanization and equipment in forestry and protection from natural disasters, but not more than 48.000.000 denars with VAT included," informs the Ministry of Forestry and Forestry.
These funds are intended to purchase special equipment for extinguishing forest fires - pumps; construction machines - bulldozers; complete diesel compressor for road construction needs; tractor with crane.
"This direct investment aims to modernize the National Forests Public Enterprise in terms of forest protection and efficient coping with natural disasters," the Ministry of Environment and Forestry and Forestry said.
