An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.4 on the Richter scale shook the Shkodra region today, according to ESMC.
Meanwhile, the application reports that the tremor was felt at 13:39 p.m., 16 kilometers south of the city of Shkodra.
No damage or casualties have been reported, while an official response from the authorities is awaited.
