Democratic League of Kosovo MP and former Director of Education in the Municipality of Pristina, Jehona Lushaku-Sadriu, has reacted after the publication of the results of the achievement test, describing them as a "glaring failure" of the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation (MESTI).

In a Facebook post, Lushaku-Sadriu noted that the national pass rate has dropped to 48.8%, compared to 57.1% in 2021, describing this as the worst result in the last six years.

According to her, this decline is not a reflection of students' lack of skills or talent, but a direct consequence of "institutional lack of commitment."

She lists some of the most worrying results:

Mathematics: 38.9%

English language: 39.3%

Chemistry: 37.4%

"Our students are not failing. The government usurpers who run education are failing," the MP wrote, accusing Minister Arbërie Nagavci of turning the Ministry of Education into a "propaganda office."

Lushaku-Sadriu emphasizes that education requires real commitment, support for teachers, and better conditions for students, not empty rhetoric. She concludes her response with a clear message:
"We need knowledgeable children, not impoverished ones. Those who want an ignorant people want it to be easier to rule. Kosovo cannot continue like this. The usurpers of the government must leave immediately!"
