The suspension of the IPARD 3 program is a serious blow to Macedonian agriculture, for thousands of farmers and companies that have already signed contracts and are making investments.
This mega scandal is an indicator of a system of corruption and clientelism that completely destroys citizens' trust in institutions.
The government, the Deputy Prime Minister for European Affairs, the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Agriculture were notified of the suspension on Friday, but did not inform the public.
The question now is who will be held accountable for this mega-scandal?
Who will be responsible for the damages that farmers and investors will suffer? Who will be held responsible for hiding information from the public?

"Those being prosecuted for corruption are people directly appointed by Mickoski and close associates of Tripunovski from the ministry, therefore there must be political responsibility for this case," say SDSM./Telegraph/
