Liverpool have found a replacement for Luis Diaz if he leaves this summer
Liverpool are reportedly prepared to make a move for Newcastle United winger Anthony Gordon if Luis Diaz leaves in the summer transfer window.
The Reds have previously shown interest in signing Gordon in the summer of 2024, but Newcastle were confident of keeping him and set a valuation of over €120m.
However, media reports suggest that Liverpool head coach Arne Slot is keen to bring Gordon to Anfield if Diaz leaves.
Gordon, 23, has emerged as one of the Premier League's best young wingers since his €48m move from Everton to Newcastle in January 2023.
The England international has been a key player for the La Liga side, scoring 22 goals and providing 17 assists in 95 appearances in all competitions.
Transfermarkt currently values Gordon at €60 million. /Telegraph/
