Little Torn Patties: Grandma's Forgotten Recipe Rejoice!

Very tasty dough that you can eat with your favorite fat

Ingredients:

▪ 500 g of flour,
▪ 1 yeast,
▪ 1 egg,
▪ 2 spoons of sugar,
▪ 300 ml warm milk,
▪ 100 ml of oil,
▪ salt as much as can be grasped with a finger.


Cooking:

Sift the flour into a larger bowl and add the yeast, sugar and salt. Add the beaten egg and milk and knead a smooth dough with a wire whisk.

Cover the dough with a kitchen towel and leave it to rise for an hour in a warm place.

When the volume of the dough has doubled, roll it slowly onto a floured surface 0,5 cm thick.

Cut the dough into squares and cut a little in the middle of each one with a knife.

Cover the small prepared patties with a kitchen towel and let them stand for another 15-20 minutes to swell.

Bake the small patties in hot oil until they are browned on both sides.

Place on paper towel to drain excess fat.

Dust small cakes with powdered sugar and serve warm with jam.
