He was left off the list for MP, Veliu: The decision was taken by those who are accidentally at the head of the party

On Wednesday, the Democratic League of Kosovo presented the final list of candidates for deputy from the ranks of the LDK, for the February 9 parliamentary elections, but it left Agim Veliu out of this list, the politician who was one of the main figures of the party a short time ago.

LDK has decided that the candidates for deputy from Podujeva are: Ekrem Hyseni, Fatlume Jaha, Fehmi Zeqiri, Mustafe Abazi and Qendrim Softolli.

After the decision of the General Council of the LDK, not to include Agim Veliu in the list, Telegraf contacted him, who also criticized the leadership of the party.

"The decision was taken by those who accidentally are at the head of the party", he stated briefly.

Agim Veliu was the mayor of Podujeva for several terms, he is also a member of the Assembly of Kosovo. A little while ago, Veliu had declared that "for all those who claim to see me outside the LDK in any form, I have a message: no one and no force can remove Agim Veliu from the LDK".
