In Dubai, United Arab Emirates, the most expensive perfume in the world was recently created
It is called Shumukh – “deserving the highest, the most magnificent” translated from Arabic – and costs $1,295,000.
Shumukh is part of the perfume line "The Spirit of Dubai" from the luxury brand Nabeel. The giant perfume weighs 3 liters and is the product of three years of study and 494 tests.
It comes in a crystal bottle, adorned with gold falcons, Arabian horses, roses and a globe with 3,571 diamonds – 38,55 carats in total.
There are also pearls, two kilograms of 18 carat gold and five kilograms of pure silver.
The perfume contains the scent of sandalwood, musk, rose and patchouli (an aromatic plant similar to mint) and can be used by both men and women.
Currently, it has broken two Guinness records: for the largest bottle and for the most expensive perfume in the world. /Telegraph/
