Kurti in Bosnia and Herzegovina talks about the Berlin Process Agreement on freedom of movement with identity cards

The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, is on an official visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina, where during the day he had several meetings in Sarajevo.

In the post made in "X", Kurti wrote that he had a meeting at the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, where he held a meeting with the Croatian member, Zhelko Komšić, and the Bosnian, Denis Beqirović.

The Prime Minister has affirmed that in the meeting he spoke about the Berlin Process Agreement for freedom of movement with identity cards, ending the visa regime for citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina entering Kosovo starting from January 1, 2025.


"I held my first meetings of the day at the Presidency of Bosnia-Herzegovina, where I had the honor of being welcomed by the members of the Presidency, Denis Beqirović and Zeljko Komšić. I shared with them our decision to implement the Berlin Process Agreement on freedom of movement with identity cards, ending the visa regime for citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina entering Kosovo starting January 1, 2025. I encouraged Bosnia and Herzegovina to ratify the same agreement to ensure mutual benefits", stated Kurti.

Furthermore, Kurti announced that in the meeting they also discussed commercial and cultural exchanges, as well as the strengthening of regional cooperation./Telegrafi/
