Kurti does not return to the session to continue discussions on the dialogue, the opposition refuses to continue the parliamentary debate

The Assembly of Kosovo has held a parliamentary debate on the developments within the dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia.

The parliamentary debate regarding the dialogue was initiated by the opposition entity, the Democratic Party of Kosovo, which in the written request said that in the last two years, the dialogue has entered the path that does not lead to the final agreement.

However, when the Prime Minister left the hall, he sent the Assembly into a one-hour pause.

The session resumed after about half an hour's delay, until the prime minister did not return to the hall.

"This session was invited by the opposition and we as a position were ready to discuss this topic. Based on the information I have, the prime minister is in a meeting and present to discuss this topic is the deputy prime minister Besnik Bislimi, who is also responsible for dialogue", declared the head of LVV deputies, Mimoza Kusari-Lila.

However, the head of PDK deputies, Abelard Tahiri, said that without the presence of the prime minister, the debate has no meaning.

"We have invited this session to debate with the prime minister about the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue. It makes no sense for the debate to continue without the presence of the prime minister, as it falls to him to talk to himself. We can wait if you guarantee that the prime minister will come even after 15 minutes, but otherwise it makes no sense and we interrupt the session and continue when the conditions are met", said Tahiri.

Even the head of LDK deputies, Arben Gashi, has said that without Kurt's presence, there is no meaning.

"This debate and these discussions should be held with the prime minister. If he has any reason why he is not here he should tell. If he doesn't feel well, we wait until he passes, then we continue," Gashi declared.

While the AAK has also agreed with the other two opposition parties.

"The session has no meaning without the prime minister", declared the head of AAK deputies, Besnik Tahiri.

After these statements, the chairman of the session, Saranda Bogujevci, interrupted the work of the Assembly to continue on another day./Telegrafi/
