Korab Basha - Cameraman of the Year at the annual AGK awards ceremony

Telegrafi cameraman, Korab Basha, has been awarded the prestigious "Cameraman of the Year" award, at the annual awards ceremony organized by the Kosovo Journalists Association (AGK).
This important award came as a result of his extraordinary work in creating visuals for the story "Shkëndija celebrated its fifth championship title – with Albanian songs and dances and red and black colors" by editor Lavdim Pireva and those of the story "From hell to oasis, the story of the couple who built the dream campsite between Gjakova and Rahovec, impressing foreign tourists" by journalist Driton Gajraku.
The dynamic, precise and engaging footage from the field was praised as among the best of the year, reflecting Basha's professionalism and authentic approach to documenting important events.

After accepting the award, Basha expressed his gratitude and emphasized the importance of teamwork in his success: "You can't win an award without cooperation with journalists. We have the best journalists in the region. For me, cooperation with each journalist is very important and I dedicate this award to two Telegrafi journalists, Lavdim Pireva and Driton Gajraku, who have had an extraordinary collaboration with me."

This is the second award within a short period that Korab Basha has brought to Telegrafi. Just a few days ago, he was also honored with the "The Blame of Corruption” in the photo competition organized by the Kosovo Democratic Institute (KDI), for his powerful photograph that addressed the topic of corruption in the country.
Basha's work is being considered an example of professional dedication and the rising standards of visual journalism in Kosovo, positioning Telegrafi even more strongly in the country's media scene. /Telegraph/
