Kasami in a meeting with the new leaders of SPB Tetovo: Regulation of traffic and chaos in the city is a priority

The Mayor of the Municipality of Tetovo, Bilall Kasami, today held a meeting with the new leaders of the Internal Affairs Sector (SPB) in Tetovo: Rijat Alji, head of the Tetovo SPB; Dalibor Stojanovski, deputy head of SPB Tetovo; Sinisha Jankovski, head of the Uniformed Police Department; Muhamed Ademi, Commander of SP PP Tetovo; and Miroslav Dimitrievski, Commander of SP for Safety in Road Traffic-Tetovo. The meeting focused on strengthening inter-institutional cooperation to address key challenges facing the city.

As announced by Kasami's cabinet, a number of priority issues were discussed at the meeting, including the regulation of traffic and chaos in the city, with an emphasis on the release of illegally occupied spaces for parking, the elimination of double parking lots and the prohibition of parking in places where there are bus stops or near waste containers.

"Also, finding solutions for critical traffic points, where jams and delays are often created, was considered, focusing on the reorganization of boulevards and main roads. Another important topic was increasing safety in primary and secondary schools through additional surveillance and coordination measures. Finally, it was decided to take preventive measures against the use of pyrotechnic tools, to ensure a calm and safe environment for citizens during the festive period at the end of the year.


"Mayor Kasami emphasized the importance of a sustainable cooperation with SPB Tetovo in order to respond to the daily needs of citizens", the announcement states.

"The changes in the leadership structures of SPB Tetovo are an opportunity for a new, more dynamic and effective approach. We are committed to together address every challenge and guarantee order, safety and well-being for our Tetova," said Kasami./Telegrafi/
