Kapama with chicken: The tastiest meat, perfect for weekend coffee!

Kapama with chicken meat is an interesting dish of white meat and spinach.

Ingredients:


600 g of chicken breast (fillet),
▪ 1 kg of spinach,
▪ 2 spoons of mixed spices,
▪ 1 onion,
▪ 1 spoon of ground red pepper,
▪ oil,
▪ salt, ground black pepper
Preparation:

Cut the chicken breast into cubes, add salt, mixed spices and pepper and fry them in the pan in which you previously heated the oil.

Pour 100 milliliters of water into the pan. Cut the onion into thin slices and add them to the pan.

Add the mixed spices once more, add the ground red pepper and add another 100 milliliters of water.

Spray the ceramic dish with oil and put half of the spinach leaves washed before. Pour half of the contents of the pan into the ceramic bowl.

Then throw the remaining spinach leaves on top, and add the rest of the contents of the pan to the container.

Cover with a lid and put in the oven. Bake for 60 minutes at 220 degrees.

Remove the dish from the oven and spoon the dish onto serving dishes. According to the taste, together with the ration, add a spoonful of cream and serve with yogurt.
