“The Strasbourg Court has ruled on pensions several times and also treats pensions as property in accordance with Article 1, Protocol 1 of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights.”
This was stated, among others, by constitutional judge Dobrila Kacarska on "Telma".
"I want to emphasize that someone is giving the Prime Minister false information, intentionally or unintentionally, I don't know, but he came out with the position that I have signed the final decision and that the pensioners will return those 5,000 denars. The Prime Minister is not a lawyer by profession and it is normal that he does not know the procedure in court.
"But the question is who is framing the Prime Minister by giving false information. Whether it is someone from the Constitutional Court or an advisor, I do not know. I cannot answer this and the Prime Minister himself must ask himself who gave him such false information that the final decision was signed," Kacarska stressed. /Telegrafi/
