Kaçamak with mushrooms: Prepared in 20 minutes, it is very healthy and very tasty!

Ingredients:- 500 g mushrooms;- 3 cloves of garlic;- 50 g green olives;- 100 ml of red wine;- salt, to taste;- pepper, to taste;- ½ teaspoon oregano;- 400 ml of milk;- 300 ml of vegetable broth;- 200 g of flour for porridge;- 100 g grated cheese.
Boil the milk and soup, add cachamak flour and, stirring constantly, boil for four minutes, remove from the pan and then pour the grated cachacavalli on top.
Fry the mushrooms in the oil, add the garlic, when the garlic creates aroma, pour in the red wine and olives and boil for ten minutes.
Finally, add the spices and mix well. Put the cachamak on the plate and pour the mushroom sauce on top.
