After several years, Amsterdam has been removed from the top of the list of the most attractive European cities. Namely, the research of Deloitte showed that London is now the most attractive European city for hotel investment.

Lisbon is in second place, while Amsterdam – which has been in first place since 2017 – has now dropped to third place.

Almost three-quarters of respondents (73 per cent) said they were optimistic about the long-term future of the UK hotel market (up from 66 per cent last year).
