It's been 20 years since the most annoying sound ever was created (Video)

Student Daniel Malmedahl from Sweden created a sound in 1997 in an attempt to mimic internal combustion engines and published it on his website.
This has come to the attention of the staff of a television channel, who have asked him to broadcast it on one of their shows, Telegrafi reports.
But the whole thing ended there and for six years it was not heard from again.
In 2003, another student named Erik Wernquist edited it together with a video, where the main character is a blue frog. He called this Annoying Thing and posted it on the Internet.
After a year, when he was given the name Crazy Frog, his value increased greatly, although he was considered the most annoying sound ever. The filming turned to two electronic games, as well as the very annoying ringing of the phone.
Axel F remixed it in 2005 and turned it into a huge hit, which stayed at the top of the UK charts for four weeks.
It also took first place in Sweden, Australia, Belgium, France, Ireland, New Zealand and Switzerland. /Telegraph/
