Imamoglu addressed Turks again from prison, has a message for Erdogan

The Mayor of Istanbul, Ekrem Imamoglu, addressed the Turks again from prison and sent a message to all citizens and political parties that support him.

In a message on the social network X, he emphasized that he is following all the news related to the mass protests in Istanbul due to his arrest.

"In the name of justice, bringing good news that evil will end and good days will come. With sincere prayers, I would like to let you know that I am eagerly awaiting the day of the ballot box and the elections when we will remove these evil people as soon as possible," Imamoglu said.

He emphasized that in prison he watched two documentaries about himself and particularly stopped at the Turkish TRT.

"I want to draw attention here. For the first time in my life I have had the opportunity to see the channels that are in the service of the government, especially TRT. A complete disgrace, a lie, a slander. Do not criticize honor and dignity. How can such great people be so evil and shameless? I will sue all of them, all these liars, greedy people and those who violate human rights during Ramadan. I will demand my legal rights as long as I live. By God!" he said.

He also told citizens not to worry and that the problems would be solved.

"We will solve all these problems. There is only one person who created this atmosphere, and we have also experienced it. We as a nation will accompany that one person who thinks he can use all methods, including violating human rights during Ramadan, to the ballot box. We will be as one. We will triumph. I invite you to attend iftar with my mayor Ozgur Ozel. I will be at the iftar table and pray while looking at you," Imamoglu concluded. /Telegraph/
