IKSHPK: Water from Badoci is not recommended for drinking

The National Institute of Public Health of Kosovo (NIPHK) has announced that, due to increased turbidity values in the water produced by the "Badoc" water treatment plant, citizens should not consume it until further notice from health authorities.
According to the IKSHPK, increased turbidity may affect water quality and for this reason the institute warns that the water should not be used for drinking until the situation normalizes.
"NIKSHPK, in close cooperation with the 'Prishtina' RWC, is monitoring the drinking water situation and is taking all necessary actions to ensure that citizens have access to safe water for consumption," the press release states.
The institute emphasizes that citizens should exercise caution and follow official recommendations until water quality improves.
Authorities are continuing laboratory tests and will notify the public immediately after the situation normalizes. /Telegraph/
