Scientists find that due to industrial toxins and pesticides in the soil, large amounts of arsenic are found in rice!

Maybe you're wrong, because actually, it seems, most of us boil rice by mistake.


Pouring more water, or leaving it overnight in water, is the best way to remove all traces of arsenic from the rice, experts point out.

Arsenic falls into trace elements and is considered one of the strongest poisons. Especially it comes as a threat from water, through vegetables treated with pesticides, cleaning preparations, in paints and varnishes.

Exposure to this toxin is linked to many health problems, such as heart disease, diabetes and cancer.

How to properly boil rice:

– Leave it in water overnight;
– Rinse the next day, until the water is crystal clear;
- Pour the rice into the cooking vessel, add water, the vessel should be full of water;
– Add a little salt and mix well at the highest temperature;
- When the water boils, reduce the temperature, cover and boil for another 10 minutes.
