In a statement to the Meta agency, one of the mediators of the Perzhino agreement, Richard Howitt, says that the date of the elections and the quality of the electoral process cannot be treated separately, Telegraph Macedonia reports.
He reiterated that during his visit to Macedonia, he reminded the political parties of the need to clean up the electoral list and continue the reforms in the media before the elections are held.
Howitt did not wish to comment on SDSM's decision not to run in the elections./Telegrafi/
