How to make delicious croissants

Ingredients:

- 1 kg of soft flour type 400,
– 1 package of fresh yeast (40 g),
- 600 ml of milk,
- 1 small spoon of salt,
- 2 egg,
- 300 g of feta cheese (or other cheese as desired),
- 100 g of melted margarine.

Preparation:


Soak the yeast with a spoonful of flour in milk and let it swell a little. When the yeast rises, add the remaining flour, salt, milk and knead the dough.

The dough should be like buns, maybe a tad softer. Let it rise for about 40 minutes.

First, shake the eggs and add the crushed cheese.

When the dough has risen enough, roll it out with a rolling pin to the thickness of a finger and cut into squares. Fill each square with thread, roll it like a roll, but do not close the edges.

Line up the container smeared with margarine, where one finish begins there continue to put the other and so on until there is dough and material.

Brush the top with the rest of the thread and coat each roll with the melted margarine. Let it swell a little more.

Bake at a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius.
