How to approach or postpone the date of the menstrual cycle!

It has probably happened to all of you at least once in your life that you would like to postpone the date of your menstrual cycle or have it come earlier
Periods can be different for every woman but if they have one thing in common it is that it is never the right time for them!

- If you want your period to come earlier, drink tropical juices, eat foods containing vitamin C, or take a supplement, but do not exceed the recommended 60mg of vitamin C per day.

- Physical exercise, a hot shower, and having sex help your period come, especially if you are late.

Contraceptive pills usually mimic the 28-day cycle in number, where 21 of them are active and contain hormones that "suppress" fertility. While the white pills are inactive, causing the bleeding that comes as a result of stopping taking hormones.
If you do not take the inactive pills, but start a new pack of contraceptives straight away, then you will not get your period.
This way you can postpone them or not have them at all for a month.
Alternatively, you may decide to switch to inactive pills earlier to bring your period on the day you want.
