How do periods change after 30?

Although we expect to feel different as we age, when it comes to periods you won't feel much of a difference although they will once you enter your 30s
In fact, for a good part of women the cycle will continue to be the same until their 40s, while for the rest these changes are noticed earlier.
However, there is nothing to panic, but if any of the changes below become a concern for you, it is best to see a doctor.
1. Periods can be irregular!
If you recently gave birth to a baby, the changes in your body will definitely affect your periods. It takes enough time for things to return to normal, especially if you are breastfeeding. If you think the disorders are lasting longer than you thought, talk to a doctor.
2. They become even more painful!
If you haven't become a mother yet, your 30s will bring even more painful periods than before.
3. After giving birth, things change!
As we said above, most women report that they no longer have the pains they used to have during periods after pregnancy. This usually happens after the navel has expanded after birth, and allows blood to flow without the many contractions that caused the pain in the past.
4. Cycle days can be extended
When a woman enters her 30s, both age and hormonal changes cause irregular periods, usually making them last longer.
5. Lifestyle also affects!
Apart from the fact that it is good news, do not forget that the change in lifestyle will affect your period. A healthier food diet, giving up bad habits and other things like that. If you notice something different in your cycle, think about how your daily life has changed. /Telegraph/
