How to prepare boza

Boza consists of corn flour, water, yeast and sugar. If sugar is replaced with honey, then a drink would be obtained which will not only be refreshing, but also nutritious.

Ingredients:

- 500 g of corn flour,
- 5 liters of lukewarm water,
- 20 g of bread yeast
- 500 g of sugar

Preparation:

Measure the flour in a container (pot), add lukewarm water and let it stand for a few hours (it is best to prepare it in the evening).

After standing, the pot is put on medium heat and boiled for about two hours. It is mixed from time to time, preferably with garuzhda.

The boiled flour is then removed from the heat and allowed to cool. Meanwhile, the yeast is prepared, mixed with two deciliters of lukewarm water and poured into the boiled flour.

Mix well and leave it like that.

In the morning, on the second day, the liquid is strained through a white cloth.

Add sugar to taste, cool well and serve with a little ice.

The boza prepared in this way is better spent for two or three days, because after this time, it can taste very sour. Telegraph reports.
