Homemade chicken soup according to our grandmothers' recipe

Ingredients:

- 1 chicken,
- 2 carrots,
- 1 parsley root,
- 3 small onions,
- 1 leek,
- 1 glass of milk,
- 1 egg,
– Spices: salt, unground pepper, ground pepper, bay leaf, a bunch of parsley.


Preparation:

1. Cut the cleaned vegetables into large pieces. Wash the chicken well and put it in a large pot. Add the vegetables and spices and pour cold water over them all.

2. Cover the pot with a lid and boil everything together at medium temperature for about 2 hours (until the meat is cooked). When the meat is cooked, take it out of the pot and remove the bones and skin, while tearing the meat into pieces. With one part of the meat you can cook the soup, while the other part is used for some other dish.

3. When the soup is about to finish, shake an egg in a glass of milk and add to the soup until it boils. Boil everything together for another 10 minutes. At the end, throw in the finely chopped leaves of fresh parsley.

4. Serve warm.
