"Hitler died in Brazil at the age of 95"

He is believed to have killed himself on April 30, 1945, in a Berlin bunker, after realizing that Germany had lost World War II. But a new book says Adolf Hitler escaped the bunker and died in 1984, aged 95, in a small Brazilian town - on the border with Bolivia.

To prove this, the author of the book also publishes a photo of a man with a Brazilian woman. But the man's face is not at all clear. The woman in the photo is called Cutinga and, according to author Simoni Renee Guerreiro Dias, Hitler bonded with her to show that he did not hate anyone who was not of the Aryan race.

The book entitled "Hitler in Brazil, his life and death", says that Hitler lived under the name Adolf Leipzig in the town of Nossa Senhora do Livramento and that he was known among the residents as "the old German".

Academics in Brazil have considered this theory as "completely worthless". Candido Moreira Rodrigues, a professor of history at the Federal University of Mato Grosso, said: "All the same are these people who call themselves historians and come up with theories that Hitler lived in Latin America."

Three years ago, authors Gerrard Williams and Simon Dunstan have published a book where they raise the theory that Hitler lived in Argentina, together with his girlfriend Eva Braun, with whom he had two daughters. According to them, Adolf Hitler died in 1962, at the age of 73. /Top Channel/
