Hilary Duff poses naked for the cover of "Women's Health" magazine

Hilary Duff stripped down and posed for Women's Health's "Body Issue," talking about body image in Hollywood in the accompanying interview.
"I am proud of my body. I am proud that it has produced three children for me. I've come to a place where I can be at peace with the changes my body has undergone," she told the magazine.
"I also want people to know that a makeup artist put glitter all over my body and someone put me in the best position."
To prepare for filming, Duff trained four days a week, lifting weights and focusing on strength training.
The 34-year-old also spoke about her love of tattoos — Duff has more than 20 spread across her arms and other parts of her body, mostly with an "earthly" theme, with the exception of a few fun designs she has for friends to combine — and recently added the word "mom" to her neck in a delicate font.
"I think at 34, I've just gained a lot of respect for my body," she said. "He has sent me to all the places I need to go, he has helped me build a beautiful family."
Duff has also been working on herself internally, challenging herself to stick to a consistent therapy routine and adding meditation to her self-care practice.
"We try to keep our bodies in shape and look as good as we can. We botox the face and hair, highlight eyebrows, eyelashes and all that. But I want to work inside. This is the most important part of the system," she said. /Telegraph/
