Healthy homemade date cookies

Dates are very rich in vitamins and minerals, especially vitamins B1, B5 and folic acid.

Ingredients:

- 500 g of ground cookies,


- 120 g of brown sugar,

- 180 g of margarine.

- 2 egg,

- 300 g of dates,

- 200 g ground hazelnuts.

Preparation:

1. Mix the crushed cookies and brown sugar. Whisk the foamed margarine and eggs and mix with the biscuits.

2. Add chopped dates and ground hazelnuts to the mixture, knead everything well and make small cookies.

3. Bake in the oven heated to 200 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.
