"He should resign", Veliu: Vjosa Osmani and Lumir Abdixhiku brought LDK to 12 percent

Former LDK Interior Minister and former mayor of Podujeva, Agim Veliu, has stated that the "fall of the party" cannot be linked solely to his removal, but is a consequence of a series of failures by the current party leaders.

"A standard has been set in the LDK, of resigning if the party is not successful in the elections. It is not true that Isa Mustafa and Avdullah Hoti brought the LDK to 12 percent, because this is also being manipulated. Vjosa Osmani and Abdixhiku brought the LDK to 12 percent with the core of VV that was created within the LDK, these are the reasons why the LDK has dropped by 12 percent," he declared.

In Debat Plus, regarding LDK leader Lumir Abdixhiku, Veliu emphasized that the latter is responsible for several actions that have led to this situation.

"Abdixhiku has raised high expectations for the LDK, saying that he will bring the party to the top, but in fact he has manipulated the membership and has not published the polls he knew about. He has made scandalous rankings on the electoral lists and has left behind important figures such as former Prime Minister Hoti and Hykmete Bajrami," Veliu declared.

For Veliu, the responsibility for the LDK's failure falls on Abdixhiku and his team, adding that they had all the opportunities to achieve a better result, including financial means and internal support, but failed to realize the expectations created.Dukagjin/
