Ingredients:

- 1,5 kg of flour,
- 250 ml of fresh milk,
- a spoonful of oil,
- a spoonful of vinegar,
- a small spoon of salt,
- 500 g of cheese,
- 8 eggs (boiled and fresh),
– some water.


Preparation:

Spread the flour, make a small hole and add 2 eggs, cheese, salt, vinegar and oil and mix.

Gradually add fresh milk, a little water and knead until the dough becomes elastic.

The dough is divided into equal balls and thinned with a rolling pin into thin crusts. Crush the boiled eggs and mix them with cheese. Add the other 2 eggs and mix.

The finished thread is placed in the middle of the thinned crust. We cover the opposite ends of the crust, we bag the thread again and cover the other ends, until they become like a bag.

Fry the prepared gozleme in hot oil from both sides.
