Gal Gadot receives death threats for her political stances, Disney arranges more security guards

Disney has reportedly arranged more security for Snow White star Gal Gadot after she received death threats for her pro-Israel stance.

On Tuesday, Variety reported that the actress received an outpouring of hate after her co-star Rachel Zegler publicly expressed her support for Palestine.

“[Zegler] didn’t understand the consequences of her actions in terms of what it would mean for the film, for actress Gal Gadot, for anyone,” an inside source told the newspaper.

In August 2024, Zegler made a post thanking her fans. In this post, she came out in support of Palestine.

"Always remember, free Palestine."

Disney's new feature film, an adaptation of the classic fairy tale "Snow White," has topped the list of most-watched films at the North American box office, despite negative comments online.
