Ingredients:

- 1 and a half cups of ground pistachios,
- 1 egg white,
- 1 and a half cups of powdered sugar,
- 50 scoops of dark chocolate,
- ¼ cup of chopped pistachios,
– 1 cup of cold milk.

Preparation:

1. Mix ground pistachios, egg whites and powdered sugar until the mixture forms a dough.

2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Divide the mixture into six equal parts and place in cake tins.

3. Bake for 20 minutes, remove from the oven and let stand for 1 hour, before removing the pistachio dough from the molds.

4. Melt the chocolate balls in the microwave and use to coat the edges. Cover with chopped pistachios. Let them cool for an hour.
