Drug trafficking, here are the codes used by Enver Hoxha's grandson

The file of the Prosecution for Serious Crimes for the group of ten accused as part of the criminal group, which processed cocaine in the laboratory of Xibraka in Elbasan until January 2015, is cleared.

VIP personalities such as Ermal Hoxha, grandson of the dictator Enver Hoxha, as well as two Colombian citizens are part of the file awaiting trial in Serious Crimes. According to the file, a copy of which was provided by the "Panorama" newspaper, the prosecutor's office provided wiretapping, environmental observations and scientific evidence consisting of various expert reports on the involvement of the defendants in the process of trafficking, production and processing of narcotics.

Some of the defendants were "crossed" by the tax coupons they kept for the purchase of various chemical solutions that were used for the processing of cocaine, which was brought into Albania in a raw state.

Referring to the conversations intercepted by the Prosecutor's Office, the defendants refer to "those friends" when they are talking about the two Colombian citizens. According to the Prosecution, the defendant Ermal Hoxha used the name "Shkodër" when referring to the destination "Elbasan". As for Genci Xixha, the defendants referred to him as "fat", or "daku".

The prosecution file

From the acts of this investigation, it results that on 17.12.2014, the Prosecutor's Office for Serious Crimes received information from the German authorities on the organization of a trafficking activity of a quantity of narcotics suspected to be cocaine from Albania to Germany.

From the investigation carried out through telephone interceptions and observations, it turned out that the citizen Ilir Hyseni, after arriving in Albania, had contact with the citizen Kastriot Imeri. Following his actions, Ilir Hyseni, in addition to contacts with Kastriot, also started to have contacts with the citizen Ermal Hoxha, user of the mobile number 06xxxxx 949.

Under these conditions, the Judicial Police continued to monitor the movements of citizens Ilir Hyseni and Ermal Hoxha until, on 13.1.2015, it was discovered that these citizens traveled from Tirana to the former warehouses of state reserves in Xibrakë, Elbasan.

Under these conditions, the observation of these premises continued, from which it turned out that in addition to Ilir Hysen and Ermal Hoxha, they also had access
Kelmend Dalipi, the owner of the warehouse, Arjan Dalipi, Gentian Gjonaj and Sajmir Batku. It emerged from the telephone interceptions that the above persons had frequent communications with each other.

Gentian Gjonaj turned out to be a user of the mobile numbers 06...189 and 06...189, Arjan Dalipi a user of the number 06...975, Kelmend Dalipi a user of the number 06...645 and Sajmir Batku a user of the mobile number 06...365.

The above persons communicated about their trips to Elbasan and their movements. From the observations, it was established that two foreign citizens, who later turned out to be Colombians, Cesar Avila and Walther Moren Moreno, had access to the aforementioned environment.

Wiretapping and surveillance

From the observations of 13.1.2015, it appears that Ermali, with his vehicle "Volvo" with license plate AA xxx KO, entered Elbasan at 10:40. At 10:30 he entered the warehouses in Xibrakë, from where he left at 10:45, together with two other people (who were later identified as Cesar Avila and Walther Moreno) and headed towards Tirana.

Even from the wiretapping of the mobile phone number used by Ermal Hoxha, it turns out that he contacted Genci Xixha to pick them up in Elbasan, as the latter would meet them in Tirana. At 10:54, from the number 06...949, Ermali calls Genci on the number 06...888. Ermali, who had left Elbasan in the meantime, tells him that he is coming in 40 minutes and asks him if he will meet someone he had with him (meaning the Colombian citizens).

At 11:33, Genci calls Ermal. In the conversation, Genci asks him to go upstairs (to the house), put down his bags and leave as they will be moving quickly. The observations show that at 11:40, Ermali took the two people to a building on "Milto Tutulani" street, and the three of them, carrying two handbags, went up to the second floor of the building, from where they went down to at 11:45.
At 11:48, Ermali, together with the Colombians, stops at the cafe "G..." on Komuna e Paris street, where they meet Gentian Gjonaj and Genci Xixha. Then they went to have lunch at the "P..." restaurant.

The observations show that at 12:50, the vehicle "Volkswagen Sharon", AA xxx DD, used by Ilir Hyseni, enters the premises of the warehouse in Xibrakë together with Sajmir Batku, where they meet Arjan Dalipi.

At 13:10 p.m., Sajmiri took out a "Jeep" car from the warehouse, with license plate TR xxx T. At 13:23 p.m., Ilir Hyseni left the warehouse, while Sajmiri left at 13:27 p.m. and they moved towards Tirana. After the two aforementioned persons left, Arjani entered the sheet metal shed, where the laboratory was located.

Coded language

Even in the morning of 14.1.2015, Ermali communicated with Genci about transporting two people to Elbasan. Genci, who is speaking from another phone, asks him to call those friends that he will pick them up in half an hour. Ermali tells him that he has no contact with the two of them (the Colombians), but with Bali, as Iliri is called by the other associates.

Then Genci asks him to tell Iliri. At 8:10, Ermali calls Iliri and asks him to inform the two (Colombians) that in half an hour that friend (Genci) will come to pick them up. At 8:15, Iliri calls Ermal and tells him that they (the Colombians) are ready. At 8:57, Genci calls Ermal.

In the conversation, he tells her that he will go to Shkodër, while in fact he is heading to Elbasan. It seems clear that Shkodra is used as a code name instead of Elbasan. The same code is used by Ermali, as in the conversation dated 13.1.2015, at 10:54, he tells Genci that he had fled to Shkodër and was coming, while he was returning from Elbasan with the two Colombians.

At 9:05, Genci asks Ermal on the phone to contact Klem's brother (Klement Dalipit), to go to the place where they met last time. At 9:08, Ermali calls Arjan. Ermali asks him to go out to the cafe where Klem was with a person called Daku and the fat man (Gencin).

Arjan tells him that he was there (meaning the warehouse) and couldn't move since there was no one there. Then Ermali asks Klem to go out to the cafe where they were that day as they would be there in 20 minutes.

At 9:09, Arjani calls Kelmendi and tells him that Ermali has picked him up and in 20 minutes they will be at the coffee shop where you were with Dak. At 9:21, Kelmendi asks Arjan again on the phone about where he should go, who tells him that he will ask Ermal where exactly.

At 9:22, Arjani called Ermal to find out where Genci was waiting, but even Ermal didn't know exactly. At 9:23, Ermali communicates with Arjani again and explains that Genci is with the gray SUV. /Panorama.al/Telegrafi/
