"Drug" Protocol Center in Germi

In the park of Gërmia, a dedicated facility was built as the Protocol Center of Kosovo, but unfortunately it was never completed.

The ruins of this facility continue to be a temporary shelter for many drug users, mainly those who have reached the end of this journey, heroin users.

In this space can also be seen heroin canisters, a new technique used to multiply the effects.

It is not difficult to find syringes and other tools used by drug addicts in the premises of this facility. Creativity on the walls of this building has also been brought to life by graffiti artists.

Another facility in Pristina, near the center on "Flaka e Janarit" street, is the former "Inxinieringu" shopping center, which once housed many businesses, but today there are only a few on the first floor.

Today, the other two floors are used by drug users as shelters for consumption. Inside this facility, in almost every space you can find different tools that drug users use.

Here, even in the daytime, you can encounter drug users.

Situations like this and similar have forced the owners of some business premises to close them.

In addition to the two upper floors, which have been transformed into the hearth of drug users, staying has become difficult even on the ground floor, where the pollution from the waste that drug users leave behind arrives.
