Dialogue in "clinical death", little hope for results

Experts of local and international politics say that currently no development is expected regarding the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue. They do not expect any progress until the changes within the EU are completed.
Kosovo and Serbia, apart from agreeing to meet, have no other agreement.
They even do this with the help of European representatives.
The last meeting of the chief negotiators, according to the envoy of the European Union for the dialogue, Miroslav Lajčak, did not bring concrete results in any issue.
Those familiar with the dialogue process do not have hope in this direction either.
"The dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia has entered a clinical death, as can be seen from the meeting, nothing is produced, and there is no will from either side in the implementation of the agreements," said the former diplomat, Alma Lama.
But what is her main concern in this process?
"The most negative thing I see is that only Kosovo remains to blame for this blockade, as if Kosovo does not want a solution, as the Association and Serbia are using it very well in their affairs," added the former ambassador of Kosovo in Italy, Lama .
The political scientist Albinot Maloku has similar attitudes, until the end of the changes in EU institutions.
"Currently we are on a dialogue break, especially until we have the appointment of new people in the European Union, and after that we have a clarification of the EU's vision," said Maloku.
Maloku added that Serbia is also waiting for developments in the international arena, such as the elections in America, as well as the result of Russia's aggression against Ukraine./TV Dukagjini
