Democratic Party of Kosovo MP, Blerta Deliu - Kodra, said that if the party that came first in the elections, the Vetëvendosje Movement, fails to form institutions, then the PDK will take the mandate.
After this, concerns were raised that Nisma is part of the opposition from the previous mandate.
"I don't know, I can't say anything right now. I don't want to speak on behalf of the Initiative, but I think that if there is a failure, the political circumstances change," she said.
Deliu - Kodra said that they have information that they have heard names that could be proposed for Speaker of the Assembly.
Among the names he mentioned are Fatmir Limaj and Albulena Haxhiu.
When asked if they would vote for Haxhiu, Deliu Kodra said no.
"We will not vote for any candidate proposed by the Vetëvendosje Movement," Deliu - Kodra said to RTV21.
