Ingredients:
▪ 1 bag of yeast (or fresh yeast as desired)
▪ 500 ml of lukewarm water
▪ 500 g buckwheat flour
▪ a small spoonful of salt
▪ a small spoonful of sugar
▪ 3 spoons of olive oil
Preparation:
Sift the buckwheat flour into a large bowl and add the bag of yeast, salt and sugar.
Mix and add the olive oil. In that case, gradually add the lukewarm water and knead the dough, so that the ingredients come together well.
Then let the dough rise for 30 to 40 minutes.
Heat the oven to 250 degrees, in the meantime, grease the pan and put the dough in it.
Bake for about 35 to 45 minutes.
