This cake is prepared quickly and does not bake, but it is very tasty
Ingredients:
- 6 egg yolks,
- 250 g of sugar,
- 250 g of spinach,
- 750 ml of sweet cream,
- 250 g of white chocolate.
Preparation:
Whisk the egg yolks and sugar and when the mixture becomes frothy, steam.
Blend until creamy. Shake the sweet cream and add it to the egg yolk mixture.
Mix and press the curls. Pour the mixture into the cake pan.
Place in the freezer overnight.
In the morning, melt the white chocolate in a steamer or in a microwave oven and then cool a little.
Pour it over the cake and leave it in the freezer for another five minutes.
Remove from the mold and decorate as desired.
