Coronavirus, the Government decides to limit the circulation of citizens from 17:00 to 06:00

The acting government of the Republic of Kosovo has approved the request of the Ministry of Health to take measures to prevent and control the spread of the Corona virus COVID-19, by changing the schedule of restricting the movement of citizens, in order to curb the spread of the coronavirus in Kosovo.

In the meeting held on March 27, the Government approved the decision to supplement and amend Government Decision No. 01/15 dated March 23.03.2020, XNUMX.

According to the new decision of the Government, the movement of citizens and private vehicles is prohibited during the hours of 17:00-06:00 except for medical needs, production, supply and sale of essential goods (food and medicines for people and animals/poultry), and for services and activities related to pandemic management (management and essential government and municipal personnel from these sectors: health, security and state administration).


The circulation of citizens in the open areas (squares) of the cities of the Republic of Kosovo is prohibited, except for residents of these areas and persons authorized by the relevant bodies.

Pharmacists licensed in the Republic of Kosovo exercise their activities from 06:00 to 17:00. After 17:00 their activity will be organized through guardianship. Guardian pharmacists will be determined by the Ministry of Health/AKPPM in coordination with the Chamber of Pharmacists of Kosovo (OFK) and the relevant municipalities/municipal authorities.

Violators of these measures determined by this Decision will be punished according to the legal provisions in force, it is stated in the Government's decision. /Telegraph/
