Pears eaters are 35 percent less likely to become obese

New study finds that pear is closely linked with low body weight.

Researchers have found that people who consume pears are 35 percent less likely to become obese.

It is also said that regular consumption of pears is associated with high quality of the diet.

Pears are a "perfect source" of fiber, as well as filled with vitamin C, Telegrafi reports.

Just a single pear contains 24 percent of the recommended daily fiber—and only 100 calories.

This fruit is fat-free, cholesterol-free and sodium-free – while containing 190 milligrams of potassium.

In the study published in "Nutrition and Food Science", it is said that people who eat pears are healthier and less likely to be overweight or obese.

Drinking pear juice also helps move food through the digestive system. It serves especially against heartburn, dyspepsia, gastritis, colitis and colon problems.
