The Kosovo Hydrometeorological Institute has announced that today is expected to be cloudy with local rain showers in some places.
According to the institute, minimum temperatures will range between 1 and 3 degrees Celsius, while daytime maximums are expected to range between 5-9 degrees Celsius.
