The Hydrometeorological Institute announces that today in Kosovo will be cloudy with scattered rain showers.
The IHK announces that minimum temperatures will be between 2 and 5 degrees Celsius, while maximum temperatures will be between 8 and 11 degrees Celsius.
The institute further announces that the wind will blow from the northwest at 1–3 m/s. /Telegraph/
