Children who do not sleep regularly have problems with math and reading

Children who do not get enough sleep and stay up late at night have poorer results
Experts say that parents should pay attention to the hours their children sleep, otherwise they may have problems with math and reading.
The research was conducted with boys and girls aged seven and three, and their sleeping habits were analyzed, Telegrafi reports.
Those who did not go to bed regularly had poorer results, compared to those who go to bed at the same time every night and get enough sleep.
It has also been found that three-year-olds who do not sleep at the same time every night have problems with regulating emotions, and are more likely to be obese later in life.
Experts warn that children can have psychological problems and feel more tired if they do not sleep at the same time every night.
The study involved more than 11,000 children and lasted four years. /Telegraph/
