Chia seed and coffee pudding

This healthy desert is fantastic not only for breakfast, but also for a secondary meal such as morning or afternoon.

Ingredients:

– ½ cup of cold coffee;
– ½ cup oat milk (or vegetable milk of your choice);
– ¼ cup of chia seeds;
- 1 teaspoons of honey
- various fruits (strawberries, blueberries, bananas...).


Preparation:

Weigh all the ingredients and put them in a jar and mix.

Close the jar with a lid, leave it in the refrigerator overnight (at least 6 hours).

Chia seeds can stick to the bottom, so you can stir after a while.

If you think it's too thick, add a little more liquid and put it back in the fridge about 15 minutes before eating.
