Caesar salad

Try it at home, it's easier than it looks!

Ingredients:


200 g of chicken fillet
▪ 1 slice of toasted bread
▪ Green salad
▪ 50 g Parmigiano cheese in small pieces
▪ 5-6 cherry tomatoes as desired

Ingredients for the sauce:

100 ml mayonnaise
▪ 40 ml of milk
▪ 40 g of grated parmigiano
▪ 1 tablespoons of mustard
▪ 2 tablespoon of lemon juice
▪ 1 cloves of garlic

Preparation:

We put all the ingredients of the sauce together in the mixer and mix them until it becomes a homogeneous mass in the form of a sauce.

Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes and fry it with a little olive oil, salt and pepper.

We also cut the toast into cubes and put it together with the chicken on top of the green salad and cheese pieces.

At the end, we add the sauce as desired.
