Scrambled bread with spinach and cheese

A simple and delicious recipe is what you need for a healthy and energetic breakfast

Ingredients:

▪ 255 g of spinach
▪ 225 g cream cheese
▪ 1 glass of Parmesan cheese
▪ ¼ cup of mayonnaise
▪ 2 cloves of garlic
▪ ¼ teaspoon of pepper
▪ 12 slices of French bread
▪ 1/3 cup pine nuts


Instructions:

Heat the oven to 160 C, in a bowl mix the spinach, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, garlic and pepper.

Add 2 tablespoons of the mixture to each slice of bread, and top with pine nuts.

Bake for 10 minutes until the walnut is fried and serve hot.
